It’s as simple as a solid color sheath! I personally hate the black “interview suit”. Dresses are professional yet still feminine and easily work with business or business casual dress codes. For an interview, stick to a solid print in a neutral color like black, burgundy, gray, navy, or tan. You don’t want the interviewer to be distracted by your outfit. Below are a few of my current favorites. One is even called the Resume dress(available in 5 interview appropriate colors)!
After Harvey, I felt overwhelmed with my closet. The amount of clothes felt gross and excessive in light of things. With the help of my friend Carly of C.Style, we purged my closet. It’s so much easier to get dressed now that I can see what I have. See the looks she put together for me here!
