Organizing for 2018 with Eco Modern Concierge

Today, I’m excited to welcome back professional organizer Amy Vance of Eco Modern Concierge to share her favorite organizational products. (Check out her 2017 picks here.) Organizing is always on the top of my resolution list and especially this year as we move back in our home post-Harvey.

Elfa Shelving Over the Door Organizer: This is great for storing all of your wrapping supplies from the holidays and other wrapping supplies you may have. Plus, it is 30% off all Elfa products and 30% off installation right now.

Hire a Professional Organizer: Shameless plug, I know, but if you are really stuck on where to begin or where to go with your organizing projects, then hire a professional organizer. If you are in the Houston area, Eco Modern Concierge, is ready for hire 😉

Remodelista The Organized Home Book: This is a newer organizing book with great tips on getting organized room by room. They have a list of products at the back of the book.

Weathertight Storage: I love these weathertight storage totes because they help protect items from moisture and pests like moths. I use them most often in garages and attics.

Divided Turntable: I use these turntables for so many different things from art supplies to medicines to Legos. They are useful in every part of the home and can contain so much.

Sharpie Paint Pens: These are great for labeling on items like acrylic or you can write on clear labels then switch them out on products if need be.

Closet Extender: If you are low on closet space this is a great option to make another rod in order to hang more clothing.

Velcro Ties: I use Velcro ties constantly on organizing projects. They work so well to hold cords together.

Pop n’ Store Boxes: I really like these boxes and have used them on several organizing projects. They come as a flat box, but are so easy to assemble and are pretty heavy duty.

Planner: I am a big fan of physical planners. They are an absolute must for me. They help to keep me on track with my schedule and properly plan things out. What I like about this one is there is a place to keep track of thank you cards to write.

Drawer unit: This is great to use for lightweight objects like wrapping supplies, office supplies, etc. Plus, it is very affordable.

Life Documents Kit: It is always a good idea to have your essential documents in one place where you can easily find them. This is extremely helpful if you or your family ever need to access the info.
